Four Winds Ardmore

A complex building cut into the Ardmore hillside overlooking Ardmore Bay.

Access to the site is restricted by narrow roads and steep gradients.

We designed a cantilevered odex piled retaining structure along the road side to allow a vertical excavation of 6m.

The building is constructed from a series of reinforced concrete floor plates cantilevering out to provide viewing platforms over the bay.

The building provided 800m2 of accommodation.
